How do I order my Meadowlark Log Home?
1. After we know which log home, pavilion, garage, playset, cabin, or other Meadowlark product you are choosing, we can provide you with a quote. We can provide an initial quote within a few hours or a few days of your request, and when final drawings are done, you get an updated Purchase Order.
Please let us know by emailing or calling to request a price quote. Then we will do our best to have a log package quote to you within 24 hrs, on the next business day. If you feel our staff has not treated you like royalty, or the quoting process is too slow, please let us know so we can improve our service to you.
2. $1000 Floor Plan Deposit. This is sent to the draftsman/ architect so designing and drawing your floor plans can begin. The draftsman, architect, or engineer you choose is paid independently from Meadowlark, and is not an employee of Meadowlark Log Homes. *
3. Initial Log Package Deposit. Upon signing Initial Purchase Order, this amount is approximately (+ -) 10% of the log package and secures the price and building schedule. *
Most of our Customers choose to pay the initial log package deposit right away, so the process can begin. This way their name is next on the production schedule. If changes are made to the home during any part of the process, such as a size increase or decrease, or adding or changing features, this is not a problem, we simply adjust the price (increase/ decrease) on the Final Purchase Order. We normally do not penalize changes, we simply adjust the price according to such changes. We want you, our valued Customer, to get exactly the end product you want.
4. 40% Pre Cut Payment. 40% of log package is paid when pre- assembly preparations begin.
5. Balance of Log Package Payment. Net 10 days from time of completing log package pre- assembly at Meadowlark's plant.
6. You can mail us a check, or use your credit or debit card to pay with your Visa, MasterCard , American Express, Discover or PayPal.
You are welcome to pay a portion of your purchase with credit/ debit card, and the balance with a check, (or vice versa) in a combination that works for you. For your convenience, we do not charge extra credit/ debit card fees.
* Unused portion, if any, of $1000 Floor Plan Deposit will be refunded.
* Cancellation Policy: Of funds advanced, 25% or $1000 is non- refundable, whichever is greater. After prep- cutting your logs begins, refunds are not available on funds advanced.
